On November 24th and November 25th, our company conducted a two-day team trip in the second half. 70 employees, 2 buses, 8 o’clock on time from the company, to the destination of this trip, Zhuhai, China. Zhuhai is a beautiful coastal city, adjacent to Macau, 150 kilometers from Shenzhen, 2 hours away.

20th Dongguan International Mould and Metalworking Exhibition is around the corner.

Our intelligent signal tower light L1 and “LightMES” system will be showed on this fair.

“LightMES” is a Manufacturing Execution System based on signal tower light.

Here is brief introduction of how it woks:

The PMC manager sends the production plan to the operator, who begins the process as planned.
This system collects the duration of each color of the signal light.
Thereby calculating the rate of machine utilization and employee productivity.
These data are stored in the LightMES system, and our app helps PMC to easily and efficiently make reasonable production plan and handle emergency orders.

Through such a cycle, production efficiency will become higher and higher, and eventually reach the optimum value.
With this system, the unreasonable production schedule and the waste of time in the production process will be exposed.

More importantly, the price is very affordable, its cost equals to ONE meal. And If efficiency cannot be increased by 10%, we do not charge.
