How led machine work light is manufactured by robot?

Introduction:

As a domestic benchmark manufacturer of LED machine work light, this year we have a major change in the factory, not only move into a new factory building, but also purchase an automation production line.

As we all know, the working environment of led machine work lights is relatively harsh and requires oil resistance. We can’t ignore the tightness and steablility. In the past, we use gluing equipment to fix the glass lampshade on the aluminum extrusion in a semiautomatic way. However, this method not only has high labor costs, but also difficult to increase production capacity.

After 2 months preparation and debug, the robot start to produce led machine work light in Nov. The specific process are as follows:

How it works?

Firstly, the robot arm will pick up the glass on aluminum extrusion. After pressing, the glass will be in a good day, then the robot will send it away through the conveyor belt.  After 24 hours, the glue will dry completely. When you need these semi-finished products, you can get them from here and do the secondary assembling.

The 5 layers conveyor can hold about 800pcs one time. We can make 2500pcs evey working day, with the automatic production line, the production capacity can be increased by 20-30%, and 800 pieces can be made at a time. Only one person is required, quality is more stable.
