A memorable cultural immersion and team cohesion building trip

ONN Lighting Company recently organized a  travel activity, employees not only enjoyed a pleasant leisure time, but also deepened the team cohesion through various activities.

Our first stop is Zhongshan Film and Television City. Here, we not only in-depth understanding of China’s film and television filming process, but also in the process of playing different roles, in-depth experience of various film and television scenes, such as Wuxia Jianghu, real scene exploration, role play, mystery cases, ancient games, etc. We seem to be in a real movie world, feel the charm and fun of film and television shooting. At the same time, through this activity, we also have a deeper understanding of the connotation of patriotic education, and have a deeper understanding of our country’s film and television culture.

In Zhongshan Quanyan Hot spring, we enjoyed a health of the hot spring bath, feel the heat down fire, remove dampness detoxification, promote metabolism and other benefits. The environment of the hot spring is beautiful, so that everyone can enjoy the hot spring bath at the same time, but also enjoy the physical and mental relaxation and comfort.

Finally, we took a boat trip to the world’s longest cross-sea bridge – the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge from a distance. And we felt the charm of the infrastructure of a big country. The grandeur and magnificence of the bridge shocked everyone and added to our national pride.

Celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day. October 1st is China’s National Day every year, and this year is the 74th birthday of our country. After 74 years of ups and downs, 74 years of hard work, we have ushered in a thriving and rapidly developing today. On National Day, the whole country celebrates together. First, we celebrate the increasing prosperity of our country. The second, life becomes better and better. And the last, our mood becomes more and more joyful. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your kind support all the time.

We are happy to inform you that we are going to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival and the Chinese National Day in Chinaour office will have the holiday from Sept 29~Oct 6th.

X5A is a linear LED machine light for electrical cabinets, workstation,CNC Machines, etc. But recently, we have received a request from our customer, he needs a combination of signal tower light and led luminaries for workstation. Noting can stop us, we start to work on it.

  1. First, our eletrical engineer confirme the solution, we use high quality RGB led chip and high lumen led chip, 2 rows on PCB board.
  2. Second, our engineer start to improve the design, and make the pcb board fit the aluminum profile better.
  3. At last, after assembling, we get the first piece and customer are very satisfied with it.

Stack Lights are used in similar applications to beacon lights/strobes, however the information they typically display encompasses more machine/process conditions.

ONN Stack lights’ common applications include, but are not limited to:

  • Productivity monitoring (often rate-based machine output management with parts-per-hour displays). Uptime & downtime monitoring (overall equipment effectiveness) is a very common use for these devices.
  • Warning indication and machine fault management.
  • Lean manufacturing – 5S Initiatives.
  • In conjunction with SCADA supervisory control systems and user interface/HMIs: SCADA/HMIs provide more specific machine/process status data; stack lights complement them by providing visual/audible feedback away from the machine operator console.
  • Assembly station workcells.
  • Maintenance call stations.
  • CNC machining equipment and process monitoring and feedback.
  • Broadcast studios (commonly used in broadcast radio studios) to display status of things such as a studio on air, live microphones, phone calls and even as a doorbell in an environment where silent indication is critical.
  • Dispatch centers where the dispatcher frequently uses a headset making it difficult to tell when the dispatcher is on the phone or radio. The light will light one color when the radio is keyed and another when on the phone.

On this day, family members get together to admire the moon and eat moon cakes, which embodies the Chinese people’s happy feelings and wishes for family reunion.

The statutory holiday for Mid-Autumn Festival in China is now three days. 2021 Mid-autumn Festival holiday is from Sep 19th to 21th. Will back to work on September 22.
